TBS20 IS 30DAY TOTAL BODY SHRED CHALLENGE. EACH WORKOUT IS ONLY 40-45MINS IN LENGTH. THIS FULL BODY WORKOUT  WILL BURN FAT AND BUILD LEAN MUSCLE. MOST OF THE WORKOUTS CAN BE DONE AT HOME OR AT THE GYM.

THIS PROGRAM SHOULD BE DONE 6DAYS A WEEK AND REST 1 DAY. AFTER EACH BODY BLAST SET TAKE A  20-30 SEC BREAK. PUSH YOURSELF!
